Return Policy

DiamGold NY offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns after the 30-day period.


Please follow these simple steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):


1. Contact DiamGold NY Customer Service at 1-888-342-6465 (1-888-DIAMGOLD) to request a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return label found at the bottom of the Return Purchase Form and affix the label to the outside of the box you are returning.


2. Complete the Return Purchase Form provided with the original packing materials, or if you do not have it, please print ithis form from here.


3. Send your item(s) to us with all originally attached Security Tags (once the security tag is removed, the item cannot be returned), with original packing materials (original jewelry box and all other accessories), Return Purchase Form, original Invoice and all other printed materials. If your item was delivered with a Diamond Certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For your protection against loss during shipping use an insured courier (UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service Registered Mail), insure items for their full value, and retain the tracking number for your records. We recommend you to use Return Receipt along with Registered Mail. With Return Receipt service, you get a postcard sent to you, signed by the person who received your package. A return receipt must be purchased at the time of mailing. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition of the returned item(s) (if items have not been worn, broken, damaged or altered) and item(s) authenticity.


5. You can expect a refund or customer credit (for exchanges) within approximately 15 business days of our receiving your returned product.  All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

 

 

 

 

 


•          The original Invoice and Return Purchase Form with a Return Authorization Code must be attached

            with the returned item(s).

 

•          Any unauthorized (packages without Return Authorization Code) or improperly packed

            packages will be returned to sender.

        

•          All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving of the item(s).


•          The item(s) must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.


•          All items must be returned with all originally attached Security Tags. If the Security Tag is

            removed from the jewelry, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This is

            a security feature   we use to verify the authenticity of our items.

 
•          Special orders, engraved items and items that were special ordered in  altered  sizes

            (non-standard ring sizes, special bracelet or necklace length, etc.) are not returnable.

            If there was an error made from our side, we will happily exchange your order.

 
•         We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping, so, please, for your

           protection against loss during shipping, use an insured courier (UPS, FedEx or US Postal

           Service Registered Mail) and insure items for their full value. We recommend you to use

           Return Receipt along with Registered Mail. With Return Receipt service, you get a postcard

           sent to you, signed by the person who received your package. A return receipt must be

           purchased at the time of mailing. We cannot accept returns that are shipped in envelopes

           or soft packaging.


•         Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. DiamGold NY.com

           will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of DiamGold NY's error.

           Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.

 
•         Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.

 
•         If you received a free gift with your purchase that you want to return, you must also return

           the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be

           deducted from the credit applied to your account.

         

•         All products bought through "Make an Offer" cannot be refunded unless there is an error on

           behalf of DiamGold NY.com
