Payment & Shipping
We provide free shipping on all U.S. orders over $500 via UPS Ground and FedEx ®.
All shipments are fully insured at our expense.
If you wish your order to be shipped by any other method, please check shipping methods & charges below.
If ring-sizing services are required please allow an extra couple business days for your order to be shipped.
If an item qualifies for a free appraisal it may require an additional day to ship.
We only ship to verified addresses. If your order ammount is $1000 or more we may ask you to provide an additional information to verify your personal information and payment.
Your order will only be shipped once your credit card number is approved and your shipping address is verified.
All items offered for sale on this website should be available for shipping. However, if an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you by phone or email.
Orders (in-stock and payment approved) placed by 3:00 P.M. Monday - Friday Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.
Orders (in-stock and payment approved) placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays.
All shipments over $500 require a signature upon receipt. If you are unable to sign for a shipment and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
As soon as the order is shipped an email is sent to you with the ship date, tracking number and direct link to track your shipment.
International Shipping
Please note the international customer or recipient is responsible for any taxes and/or duties (like customs duty and other) at the time of delivery.
It can be some extra shipping charges for some international orders. We will notify our international customers about any additional shipping charges before we process the order.
